Shipping

All our local and international deliveries are handled by Aramex.
The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout once you submit your order, based on items in your cart and your shipping address.
Kindly note that all product prices of Play Nice Accessories are exclusive of taxes and duties applied outside of Egypt.
Please be informed that as the recipient, you are liable for all sales taxes and import duties levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.
Delivery Time: 1-3 business days.

Returns

If you're not happy with your order, we will accept your return within 3 days from receiving your order.
Please send an email to hello@playniceaccessories.com with your order details to request a return, and we will tell you what to do.
Item must be unworn, undamaged, in the same state you received it in. We have the right to reject any return that doesn't meet this condition.
All sale/promotional products and custom-made orders aren't eligible for returns.
Kindly note that any returns will be subject to shipping fees.
