All products of Play Nice Accessories are proudly hand-crafted by talented artisans in Egypt, using a variety of fine materials. Each piece is hand-made of silver or gold-plated brass, and set with high quality glass crystals.

Please handle your Play Nice Accessories purchase with care, and check these few tips to keep your glitzy accessories as good as new:

• Keep away from any contact with water, perfumes, and any other chemicals to avoid tarnishing.
• Also, be careful when you’re wearing delicate clothes to prevent any snagging.
• If needed, use a dry, soft cotton cloth to delicately clean your piece.
• And finally, don’t forget to keep your jewelry stored in a box or a pouch after taking it off.

Repair Policy:

• We will repair or replace any faulty Play Nice Accessories product within 6 months from purchase date for free.
• After that, any repairs or replacements will be subject to a fee.
• Due to the nature of our design elements, sometimes we may not be able to re-order certain crystals needed for replacements.
• We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable replacements for damage caused by general wear and tear.
